Experience Helgeland through strong images, warm encounters, and a landscape shaped by nature and people. Et ekko fra en annen tid (An echo from another time) is a visual and literary journey through Helgeland. The pictures were taken by Luca Berti in the Norwegian Helgeland region and are accompanied by words from philosopher and poet Jon Erik Lundberg.
The images from Berti’s travels in 2022–2023 convey the grandeur of the landscape and the human encounters that bring the region to life. By bike, he visited 18 municipalities and documented places and people in black and white with an analog large-format camera.
